The USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has issued four separate recalls of meat products, due to the presence of potentially adulterated ingredients.
The problem was discovered by FSIS inspection program personnel while verifying the disposition of product that FSIS tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes.
