The recall is part of a broader Revolution Farms lettuce recall and includes premade salads carried at Meijer stores in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky and Wisconsin.

The lettuce has been recalled for possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination.

Listeria monocytogenes may be present in some product.

The product contains cheese, thereby milk, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label.

Approximately 3,436 pounds may be contaminated with E. coli.

These items were shipped to schools in Minnesota.

These items were shipped to retail locations in Florida and sold through Instagram.

The products subject to recall do not bear the USDA mark of inspection.

The products are labeled with the correct top label but an incorrect bottom label.

This voluntary recall includes all units of the ready-to-eat Tapas branded Cocktail Shrimp by Lidl, packaged in 7 ounce containers, that may still be in customers’ possession.
