Panico will report to the Chairman & CEO Tim Day and will gradually assume all responsibilities for the day-to-day operations of the company and its seven brands. He has a proven track record and extensive experience as a senior executive at Bar-S Foods for the last 14 years. In his past roles, Warren was responsible for managing the operations and distribution functions, and more recently, for overseeing the sales and marketing activities.
