The USDA has issued the list of retailers nationwide and statewide that were shipped products involved in its recall of 132,000 pounds of ground beef. The beef, which came from a Cargill establishment in Fort Morgan, Colo., was contaminated with E. coli O26, reports FSIS. A total of 17 illnesses and one death have been linked to the outbreak, reports the Pioneer Press.
The ground beef was shipped nationwide to Aldi, FoodMaxx, Meijer, Pak N Save, Safeway/Albertson’s, Sam’s Club, Target and Vons.
