Sofina Foods Inc. is recalling no name and Compliments brands frozen uncooked breaded chicken products from the marketplace due to possible Salmonellacontamination, reports the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.

The products included in the recall are No Name Chicken Burgers and Compliments Chicken Strips and Chicken Nuggets.

This recall was triggered by findings by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) during its investigation into a foodborne illness outbreak. The CFIA is conducting a food safety investigation, which may lead to the recall of other products. There have been reported illnesses associated with the consumption of these products.
