Abstracts are now being accepted for the 2014 Consumer Food Safety Education Conference to be held Thursday-Friday, December 4-5 in Arlington, Va. The conference will focus on consumer behavior change, reaching target audiences and other topics related to helping consumers reduce their risk of foodborne illness at home.
Abstracts are being considered for oral or poster presentations aligning with the following themes:
- Motivating Behavior Change
- Assessing Food Safety Education Programs
- Food Safety Education and Social Media
- Real World - Real Change: Reaching Your Target Audiences
The online abstract submission form can be accessed at: www.teamfoodsafety.org/abstracts. The deadline for abstracts is Monday, June 2, 2014.
