Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. and Kraft Foods Group Brands LLC have executed a stipulation that allows Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. to enter the marketplace using the CB Old Country Store logo to label licensed products without violating the preliminary injunction issued by the United States District Court barring Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. from using the CRACKER BARREL mark on any food products sold in grocery stores.
