President Trump announced that he is withdrawing the U.S. from the Trans Pacific Partnership trade deal and may seek to take action on the North American Free Trade Agreement.

The deal still needs approval in Congress.

TPP is a proposed trade agreement currently under negotiation by Australia, Brunei, Chile, Canada, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, the United States and Vietnam.
