Industrias Bachoco S.A.B. de C.V. announced that it reached an agreement to acquire the breeding assets in Arkansas of Morris Hatchery Inc.

The company is working with sanitary authorities to control the outbreak by taking necessary actions, such as applying a vaccination program, among others.

The Company's 2Q12 net sales totaled Ps. 9,404.0 million, 42.1% higher than the Ps. 6,616.8 million reported in 2Q11.
