Devin Cole has been named Chief Operating Officer and Susan White has been named Chief Administrative Officer/Chief Financial Officer.

The U.S. Department of Justice has filed a civil lawsuit to block the sale of a Tyson Foods Inc. plant in Harrisonburg, Va., to George's Inc., saying the deal could hurt competition for farmers in the area.

George’s Inc. has signed a letter of intent to buy the Tyson Foods Inc. poultry complex in Harrisonburg, Va., officials from both companies announced.
