Although the name NPX ONE is new to the tray market as of December 2020 our company has a long history, beginning in 1965 when W. R. Grace acquired Wyomissing Paper to create the Formpac tray business. Today, we are a platform company under Atlas Holdings LLC and operate two “sister” plants, with redundancy in tooling and manufacturing equipment. Facilities are located in Reading, PA and Indianapolis, IN – we are very well positioned to service markets in the East and Central US. We also service the West Coast through strong distribution partnerships.
