3M Food Safety has been awarded a contract from the U.S. Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service (USDA FSIS) for pathogen detection instruments and kits.
FDA has identified 8 additional dietary fibers, including three fibers within Ingredion’s portfolio that meet the criteria, to be recognized as dietary fiber.
