The USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has issued four separate recalls of meat products, due to the presence of potentially adulterated ingredients.

The Southwest salads with bacon contain a corn ingredient that may be contaminated with Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes.
