The American Meat Science Association (AMSA) has announced the three AMSA members who will be the recipients of the Distinguished Achievement Award.

More than 900 meat scientists from across the country will be “Meating in the Rockies” for the AMSA 72nd Reciprocal Meat Conference (RMC), June 23-26, 2019.

Randy Blach, Paul Clayton, and Frank Rabe will be the featured speakers at this AMSA 72nd Reciprocal Meat Conference (RMC) Symposium.

PORK 101 will be held in May 21-23, 2019 at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.
