Approximately 51,942 pounds of frozen Siluriformes fish products, specifically Basa fillets, were not presented for import re-inspection into the United States.

Approximately 100,924 pounds of Siluriformes fish products were produced, packed, and distributed without the benefit of federal inspection.

The frozen Siluriformes items were imported from Vietnam to the United States on various dates from April 2018 through December 2018.
