Huston Keith reports from the 2013 Annual Meat Conference on “Making Safe, Affordable, and Abundant Food a Global Reality,” a presentation given by Jeff Simmons, president of Elanco.

The meat and poultry were donated to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee and the Isaiah 58 Outreach Ministry of Belmont Church by exhibitors at the Annual Meat Conference.

The Annual Meat Conference will be held February 24-26, 2013, at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
