Plans are in the works for the 2024 Food Safety Summit.

The summit features a full program of extensive educational seminars, high-level industry and government speakers, workshops, networking events and access to leading vendors on the robust trade show floor.

Those who are not able to attend the event in person can tune in for six free sessions, which will be streaming live from May 9–11 and be available on demand for one year.

The Food Safety Summit Educational Advisory Board (EAB), comprising industry-leading experts across the entire food industry, is working collectively to develop the education program for the 2023 event, scheduled for May 8-11 at the Donald Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Ill.

The 24th Annual Food Safety Summit kicked off on Tuesday with an engaging Mock Civil Trial, four dynamic workshops, and a Welcome Reception on the Show Floor.

The Food Safety Summit will return to an in-person format for its 24th annual conference, taking place May 9–12, 2022 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois.
