National Turkey Federation (NTF) President Joel Brandenberger announced the appointment of Lisa Wallenda Picard, formerly chief of staff at the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS), as NTF’s new vice president of scientific and regulatory affairs.
