The American Meat Science Association has announced a variety of speakers for its symposiums during the 66th ICoMST and the AMSA 73rd RMC exclusively virtual meeting.

Drs. Temple Grandin and Karen Schwean-Lardner will be the featured keynote speakers in the symposium entitled “Animal Welfare.”

Dr. Frederic Leroy and Dr. Nancy R. Rodriguez will be the featured Keynote speakers in the symposium entitled “Meat in the Diet.”

The Conference that was scheduled to take place August 2-7, 2020 in Orlando, Fla., will now be delivered as an exclusively virtual meeting.

Drs. Massimiliano Petracci and Robyn Warner will be the featured speakers in the Concurrent Symposium.

Drs. Frederic Leroy and Nancy Rodriguez will be the featured speakers at the 66th International Congress of Meat Science and Technology (ICoMST) and 73rd Reciprocal Meat Conference (RMC).

Jack Uldrich, Global Futurist & Author, will be the headline speaker on Tuesday, August 4, 2020.

Ferrari, President and CEO of Heifer International will kick off the conference with his presentation on “Big Impact Technology Solutions for Smallholder Farmers.”
