Farmland Foods Inc., Kansas City, Mo., is adding Premium Deli Cooked Honey Ham to its line of fully cooked hams for the in-store deli.
The new ham is prepared with 100-percent real honey and natural seasonings, is low in sodium and 96-percent fat free.
Other Farmland Premium Deli Hams include Black Forest, Honey & Brown Sugar and Virginia Brand.
All selections are 95-percent to 97-percent fat free and come in two, 13-pound hams per case.
Farmland also is marketing a new Bone-In Net-Weight Ham Steak.
Positioned as an entrée for breakfast, lunch or dinner, the ham steak is delivered in a net-weight package featuring two consistently sliced six-ounce steaks. It is available in 20 (two-piece) packages per 15-pound case.
