Hoegger Food Technology is now offering a new IP 420 Inline Press for bacon processors which has a built-in auto-loader for the pork bellies. This inline press increases the speed by 20 percent and gives the customer the additional opportunity to feed multiple presses from one loading point. Feeding two IP 420 Inline Presses in tandem can reduce labor costs and use less floor space. The new Hoegger Dynamic Software allows for more varied sized bellies to be pressed virtually wrinkle free, pressing each belly to its best dimension.
