The YieldMaster® bag is flexible and durable, permitting the poultry product to remain in the same package from processing to consumer oven. The bags withstand extreme temperatures from blast freezing and cooking and prevent protein adhesion to the bag. They also allow the poultry to brown to a desirable degree. Cooking time is reduced from half to one-third the standard cook time, and risk of product contamination is reduced.
