Michael Taylor, former Deputy Commissioner for Foods and Veterinary Medicine at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and current board co-chair of STOP Foodborne Illness discusses the alignment of government, industry and consumers to implement modern practices to prevent foodborne illness without waiting for the next food safety crisis to strike.
The expo hall also featured the Community Hub which is designed for attendees to meet with subject matter experts from the Summit speaker faculty, including Gary Ades, President, G&L Consulting Group and Chair of the Food Safety Summit Educational Advisory Board.
