A Forsyth, Ga. Beef processing plant is looking to add organic beef to its processing capabilities. Rocking Chair Ranch Beef is currently USDA approved to process all-natural beef, reports WGXA News.

When the facility gains approval, it would be the first USDA-inspected, alinal welfare approved and organically certified packing plant in Georgia. The plant is expected to open this summer.

“As a little bitty boy it was always my dream to have my own farm and raise my own cattle," Joseph Egloff of the Forsyth ranch says.

Egloff adds that the business will work with about 40 or 50 local farmers to process about 30 cattle per week.
