From Nov. 6-8, 2018, food and beverage processors and suppliers will convene at the Dubai World Trade Center in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to exchange ideas and solutions in what has been called the largest food and beverage processing event in the region.
More than 1,600 global suppliers of latest ingredients, processing, packaging and logistics solutions will display their products and services, representing approximately 60 countries. These suppliers will offer solutions in nearly every facet of the food and beverage process, all the way from formulation of ingredients to processing, packaging and automation, and on through to supply chain and logistics.
The Gulfood Conference runs concurrently with the expo, on Nov. 7-8, at the Dubai World Trade Center, and it gives attendees the opportunity to discuss a variety of hot topics in global food and beverage markets. Topics expected to be presented run the gamut, from the introduction of next-generation technologies into the industry (blockchain, AI, robotics, etc.) to what extent F&B industry can innovate and create alternative food supply and resources.
The event is attended annually by more than 35,000 food and beverage processors, including food technologists, product development and R&D employees, and plant design, processing and operations specialists. Additionally, more than 2,000 pre-qualified, serious buyers nominated by exhibitors will visit the show from across the Middle East, Africa and South Asia, with a pre-determined budget to spend with participating exhibitors.
During the show, the Gulfood Manufacturing Industry Excellence Awards 2018 will be announced, rewarding best practices and innovation within the food manufacturing industry value chain.
