Excalibur Seasoning Co., a premier meat & seafood seasoning company supplying national grocers, regional meat processors, market owners, and protein departments nationwide, has hired Joe Koran as a sales & marketing consultant.

Koran, who has a 30+ year background in sales, marketing and purchasing in beef and poultry, with an emphasis in the seafood industry, will manage the Southeastern U.S. territory for Excalibur.

Prior to joining Excalibur, Koran was national director of sales for American Cobalt Aqua Farms in New Jersey, and general manager of Off the Dock Seafoods in Nashville. He’s also held senior roles at Compass-USA, The Red Chamber Group and Sodexo, USA.

Koran is a graduate of the University of Akron and lives in Nashville.
