Greg Strang, Director of the Food Safety Division of Intralytix, will present a talk entitled "Salmonella Biocontrol with Bacteriophage-based Technology," at the International Production & Processing Expo's Tech Talks in Atlanta, Georgia. Strang will speak Tuesday, January 30 at 3:00 - 3:20 pm in B8715.
"Our phage technology is based on naturally-occurring bacteriophages. It provides one of the safest and most environmentally-friendly and directly-targeted approaches for dealing with the pathogens that cause food-borne Illnesses," said Strang.
