Industry veteran Tim Moskal has been named President of ALKAR.  Based in Lodi, Wisc., ALKAR offers the world’s most extensive line of Continuous Thermal Meat Processing Systems for cooking, smoking, chilling and pasteurization.

Prior to his promotion to President, Tim was Vice President of ALKAR Sales. He began his career in the meat processing industry as co-founder of Vectors of Madison. In July, 1989 Tim joined ALKAR as National Sales Manager and in 1999 was promoted to Director of Sales. In 2008 he was named Vice President of ALKAR Sales.

“Tim’s deep industry experience and knowledge has always been a tremendous asset to ALKAR and our entire Middleby food processing group,” said Magdy Albert, President of the Middleby Processing Group. “He is highly respected by our customers as well as our employees and I know he will do well leading the day-to-day sales and manufacturing operations at the company.”

Tim attended University of Tennessee and the University of North Carolina majoring in Mechanical Engineering
