Haskell, one of the leading global architecture, engineering, construction (AEC) and consulting firms, announced today William ‘Bill’ Rudder and Dave Auchter have been promoted to the position of Vice President at Haskell.
Rudder began his career with Haskell as a construction management intern. Upon graduating college in 2006, he joined Haskell as an Assistant Project Manager and supported projects both in the U.S. and Latin America. He later served as Project Manager and Senior Project Manager before taking a role as Project Director with Haskell’s office in Beloit, Wisconsin. During his time in Beloit, Rudder was very instrumental in integrating Haskell’s project delivery with expanded process engineering capabilities. In June 2015, Bill was promoted to Director of Haskell’s Livermore, California office where he has added more than a dozen full time staff, expanded opportunities with existing clients and added several new clients. The Livermore office supports clients including E. & J. Gallo Winery, Constellation Brands, In-N-Out Burger, Impossible Foods and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, for whom Rudder has built temples in Latin America and others pending in Asia. Rudder received his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and his MBA from the University of Florida. Rudder’s new title will be Vice President/Director for the Livermore, CA office.
Auchter joined Haskell in 2016 as Director of Business Development for the Consumer and Packaged Goods (CPG) Group, one of three delivery groups within the Haskell enterprise. Within six months he assumed leadership over all CPG Marketing and Business Development as well as leadership over enterprise-wide Corporate Marketing. Auchter’s tenure has been marked by the implementation of marketing and business development best practices that have resulted in significant gains in market penetration and expansion. Auchter previously served as EVP/COO for a Jacksonville-based commercial real estate firm and over his career he has had marketing, communications and business development leadership roles in healthcare, commercial construction and professional sports. Auchter received his Bachelor’s degree from Lynchburg College and has completed executive education through Columbia University. He is a licensed real estate professional, a graduate of Leadership Jacksonville (2002), and has an extensive record of community service. Auchter’s new title will be Vice President of Corporate Marketing for the Haskell enterprise.
