Food & Drink Resources (FDR), a restaurant and food and beverage development agency, announced that Ric Scicchitano joined the FDR team as a Managing Partner.
Scicchitano will serve alongside Co-founders and Chefs Richard Keys and Scott Randolph and will lead the development of new business growth. This partnership positions Scicchitano to bring on new agency clients, build on existing client relationships, expand FDR’s range of services, and work side-by-side with the FDR culinary team.
"As FDR continues to grow, we are looking to expand our services to clients, and Ric helps us do just that,” said Co-Founder Richard Keys. “We have known Ric for many years and have long been impressed by his leadership. We are confident that our new relationship will yield big gains for FDR and our restaurant and manufacturing partners.”
Scicchitano has experience in operations, marketing, design and development, food manufacturing and supply chain, and he has worked with a variety of growth-oriented organizations, most recently Which Wich and Corner Bakery Cafe. He's also a trained chef from The Culinary Institute of America.
Scicchitano will share time between Dallas and the Centennial, Colo.-based Food & Drink Resources Innovation Center. FDR's facility houses two full test kitchens, a test bar, meeting spaces as well as taste test booths and focus group rooms with two-way mirrors. This is where most market research for FDR clients takes place.
