The Missouri Association of Meat Processors (MAMP) has planned a three-day bus tour that will give attendees several opportunities to network with fellow meat industry professionals and get a look at the meat processing industry in and around Kansas City. Just a few seats are available.
The tour is scheduled for Sept. 14-16. The itinerary includes:
Sept. 14: A sanitation workshop presented by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (Free to MAMP members). Attendees who aren’t attending the workshop may go to the Paradise Pointe Golf Course for a round of golf.
Sept. 15: Visits to Multivac Inc., Bichelmeyer Meats and UltraSource.
Sept. 16: Visits to Brendle’s, Clark’s Custom Meats and Paradise Locker Meats.
