Smithfield has announced a collaboration with champion pitmaster Ernest Servantes to reach Latinos across the country. Pitmaster Servantes created mouthwatering grilling recipes featuring Smithfield Fresh Pork – a line of hand-selected and hand-trimmed fresh pork that offers quality, flavor, and freshness to summer grilling experiences.

"Grilling or barbecuing with the best quality ingredients is one of those things that can bring the whole neighborhood together.
