Rome Grinding Solutions has promoted Ryan Van Maasdam to vice president of sales and business development.   He will be responsible for managing the company’s sales team, helping them serve current customers and expand territories.

Van Maasdam previously held positions as national accounts manager and regional sales specialist during his 11 year tenure with the company.
