Leading poultry producer Case Farms welcomes Susan Domenech as complex human resource manager at the company’s Goldsboro processing facility. In this role, Domenech will oversee the human resources department and provide guidance to the Case Farm employees through coaching, counseling and mentoring to achieve company goals.
With more than 15 years of experience, Domenech is skilled in developing, directing, and coordinating a variety of corporate and manufacturing programs and communications related to staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations and operations. Domenech, who is also bilingual, will be able to provide human resource support to all levels of employees within the organization.

Domenech’s strong human resource and management skills stem from her long-standing career in the food industry, previously working for Tyson Foods, Inc., Bimbo Bakeries USA and Stefano Foods, Inc. While at Tyson Foods, Domenech served as employment manager where she managed the administration of all aspects of the employment process to include pre-employment and post-employment issues. She also provided on-site employee relations counseling and training, directed and coordinated all activities involving recruitment and screening, and provided guidance and support to supervisors and managers to ensure a harmonious working environment.
Domenech received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Public Administration from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York.
