The Arizona Department of Agriculture wants to alert consumers Schreiner’s Sausage Company is voluntarily recalling 28 ready-to-eat meat products from wholesalers. The company will post the information in its Phoenix retail store for consumers.

The Department is conducting an investigation of the events that led to the recall specifically concerning practices to prevent the spread of Listeria. The concerns arose during a routine inspection.
