Gold’n Plump, a brand of retail all natural and deli fresh chicken from the Midwest’s largest chicken producer GNP Company, is participating in its second year of partnership with Labels 2 Learn, a program that rewards schools with cash from participating product purchases. Working with area schools and participating retailers, Gold’n Plump will donate to schools when buyers redeem Labels 2 Learn Cash Codes from Gold’n Plump deli rotisserie chickens. Gold’n Plump is proud to be the first poultry provider to join the program and its efforts to raise money for local schools.
“We are honored to celebrate our second year of partnership with Labels 2 Learn in support of this valuable program for schools,” said Rory Bidinger, brand advocacy & marketing manager for GNP Company. “Labels 2 Learn is a great opportunity for Gold’n Plump to help busy parents support their child’s school while providing a quick and healthy family meal.”
Labels 2 Learn makes it easy to submit donations compared to label redemption programs of the past. Using a smartphone or computer, buyers can electronically enter a donation for their school themselves at www.Labels2Learn.com. The donation Cash Code is printed on the inside sleeve of specially marked Gold’n Plump rotisserie chickens found in grocers’ deli section.
Working through Labels 2 Learn, Gold’n Plump will donate 20 cents per redeemed Cash Code, which is up to four times higher than similar programs. Schools can use the donation for operating expenses, as well as enrichment activities, including field trips, art, technology and physical fitness.
According to Labels 2 Learn, school label redemption programs give back more than $90 million a year to 70,000 schools that need additional funding.
