Made with 100% all-beef brisket, the Brisket Sausage has been a priority for the Nolan Ryan team for some time. The Nolan Ryan Beef Brisket Sausage is currently available at Kroger stores in Texas and Louisiana, and will soon be available at the company’s online store. The company is also working to make the sausage available at additional retail locations.
