The seminar, set for October 15, will focus on initiatives to advance food safety, sustainable practices and the use of data, and how federal policy is shaping the future. 

Event will benefit the Gary '68 and Kay Smith Meat Judging Team Excellence Endowment, providing long-term stability for the meat-judging program at Texas A&M University.
