Mike Sloan is one of the owners of the Hermann Wurst Haus Market and Restaurant, alongside his wife Lynette. These two have an extensive history in the meat processing industry.
The complete campus, which has six times more square footage than its previous location, houses their business offices, manufacturing, warehousing, R&D, and training center.
The Innovation Center will be staffed with dedicated process engineers, design engineers, controls specialists and technicians with broad experience across the food processing industry.
