Birko introduces green technology to prevent rust

Birko has introduced BAT Armor, an environmentally preferable chemical formulation for use on rails to prevent rust. BAT Armor - or Best Available Technology - is designed to be sprayed, wiped, or painted full strength onto rails after they have been cleaned. It functions as a rail conditioner to protect steel rails from rusting and also inhibits buildup of oil and grease from the trolleys, making subsequent cleanings easier.
