FSIS seeks comments on IKE scenario

WASHINGTON – The Food Safety and Inspection Service’s (FSIS) Interactive Knowledge Exchange (IKE) is seeking comments on the draft IKE Scenario 02D-08 - Direct Observation of Corrective Actions.

This scenario is intended to provide guidance to inspection program personnel on how to verify that establishments are properly conducting both corrective actions and direct observation verification of corrective actions when there is a deviation from a critical limit.
