Johnsonville announces its new Sausage & Gravy Stuffed Biscuits for retail foodservice programs. These hand-held sandwiches feature a tender buttermilk crust with Johnsonville Sausage and gravy stuffed inside for on-the-go convenience. Johnsonville’s biscuits are ready to heat from the refrigerator or cold display case, taking only 50 seconds in the microwave. The biscuit also maintains its texture for up to four hours in a warmer. Like all Johnsonville Sausage products, Sausage & Gravy Stuffed Biscuits are made with the retailer in mind, frozen for storage convenience and available individually wrapped at four pounds to a case, or unwrapped in bulk cartons at 15 pounds to a case.
